Refund Policy
Refund Policy (No Refunds After Commencement of Service)
Once a quote has been approved by the client and delivery has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
Approval of a quote constitutes acceptance of Bluesource’s pricing, service scope, and Terms & Conditions. Once a delivery vehicle has been dispatched or water delivery has begun, the service is considered to have commenced and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Bluesource shall not be held responsible for refunds due to:
• Change of mind by the client
• Incorrect volume estimates provided by the client
• Access issues or site readiness once delivery has started
• Weather, traffic, or other external factors beyond our control
