Bluesource provides bulk water delivery services, including but not limited to filling water tanks, reservoirs, and swimming pools for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
All services are subject to availability and operational capacity.
2. Quotes & Pricing
• Quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on:
• Delivery location
• Access to the site
• Volume of water required
• Traffic, distance, or unforeseen conditions
• Final pricing will be confirmed on WhatsApp or email through our official channels before delivery.
• Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Bookings
• Orders may be placed via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website.
• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• Bluesource reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary.
4. Payment Terms
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Payment may be required before delivery, on delivery, or within an agreed period, depending on the customer and service.
• Late or outstanding payments may result in service delays, suspension, or cancellation.
5. Delivery & Access
• Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the delivery location.
• Bluesource is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Inaccessible premises
• Incorrect address details
• Traffic, weather, or force major events
• Any additional waiting time or failed delivery attempts may be chargeable.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate delivery details
• Ensure tanks, pools, or reservoirs are structurally sound and suitable for filling
• Ensure someone is present on-site where required
Bluesource is not responsible for damages resulting from faulty or poorly maintained infrastructure.
7. Water Use Disclaimer
• The water supplied is intended for general use unless expressly stated otherwise.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm suitability for drinking or specific applications.
• Bluesource shall not be held liable for improper or unintended use of supplied water.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made before dispatch may be considered at Bluesource’s discretion.
• No refunds will be issued once a quote has been approved and delivery has commenced, including dispatch of the delivery vehicle.
• Any cancellation after dispatch may result in the full service amount being payable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Bluesource shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
• Use of our services is at your own risk.
